As at 30 November 2021, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consisted of 859,763,874 o rdinary shares of 0.5p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 November 2021 was 859,763,874 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
