Publication of Prospectus and Circular

The prospectus of the Company dated 15 November 2021 relating to its Open Offer, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer (the "Prospectus") announced earlier today has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and has been published.

A circular and notice of extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") dated 15 November 2021 (the "Circular") will be posted to Shareholders today. The EGM will be held at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 3 December 2021 at 12.15 p.m. (or as soon as practicable thereafter as the 2021 AGM has been concluded or adjourned).

Copies of the Circular and the Prospectus are available on the Company's website at ruffer.co.uk/ric and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism of the FCA at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
