SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and
manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in
digital imaging and sensing control applications, announces that it
was notified on 1 April 2021 that on that same day, Isabel Napper,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and
purchase (the "Transfer"), ordinary shares of 1 pence in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her ISA. Mrs. Napper sold 11,429
Ordinary Shares at a price of 175p pence from an account in her own
name and bought 11,234 Ordinary Shares at a price of 177.9 pence to
be held in her ISA.
Following the Transfer, Mrs. Napper's beneficial interest in the
Company has changed to 65,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07
per cent. of the total issued share capital.
