Exercise of Share Options, Director Shareholding and Total
Voting Rights
SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and
manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in
digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces
that it has issued and allotted a total of 650,000 new ordinary
shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") following the exercise of options by Mike Creedon, Chief
Executive Officer.
Following this exercise, Mr Creedon subsequently sold 650,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 185 pence per share on 27 May 2021.
Following the above transactions, Mike Creedon holds 442,452
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.45 per cent of the
Company's total issued share capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
650,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become
effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 June
2021.
After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue
will be 99,058,164 and the total number of voting rights will
therefore be 99,058,164. This figure may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
