Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that it has been notified that on 11 February 2021, Julia Porter, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 40.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Julia Porter has a beneficial interest in 38,671 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
