James Sparrow, a PDMR, sold 8,971 Savills plc ordinary shares of
2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP12.21 per share on 11 August
2021. As a result, Mr Sparrow has a total beneficial interest in
44,413 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued
share capital.
