497,870,002 ordinary shares with voting rights. The total number of
C Class (MNTC) shares in issue is 700,000,000. Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is 1,197,870,002. The
Schiehallion Fund Limited (MNTN and MNTC) holds no ordinary shares
in Treasury.
The above figure (1,197,870,002) may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
