Exclusive Distribution Contracts

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) is pleased to announce that it has entered into exclusive, three years product-specific distribution contracts with Heath London, The Gruff Stuff and Carter Beauty by Melissa Carter in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China ("the territories").

Heath London ("Heath") is a new British brand, which brings together the skincare demands of the busy urban man in a carefully curated range that helps protect skin from external pollution. Heath's products are already selling in Peter Jones, Beast., Harvey Nichols, Fortnum & Mason, John Lewis, Selfridges & Co, John Bell & Croyden. Sealand, through its subsidiary company SCG Group Limited, will now distribute to the territories using its established routes to market; developed e-commerce and retail channels; and backed by its digital marketing expertise.

The Gruff Stuff is an award-winning premium British, vegan brand offering genderless and inclusive skincare. Their aim is to develop products that are results-driven, easy to use, and suitable for everyone. Consumers are also drawn to the fact that their ingredients are ethically and responsibly sourced. The Gruff Stuff is now available in more than 30 countries and was the most awarded brand at the Pure Beauty Awards in 2020.

Originating in Ireland, Carter Beauty by Melissa Carter combines professional-quality beauty products with branding created for the social media generation. Carter Beauty's mantra is, "Beauty shouldn't leave you broke" and it is a cruelty-free company that prides itself on being a Peta-approved member of 'Beauty Without Bunnies'. Carter Beauty is the first Irish cosmetics brand to have secured an instore listing in Walmart and has launched across 1500 Walmart stores in 47 states in the US.

Sealand and its subsidiaries have now been successful in securing exclusive distribution contracts with eight premium UK and European brands. The team will continue to target more niche and high-quality brands with the goal of becoming the partner of choice brands to establish a foothold in the Chinese market, where there is great demand for high quality non-Chinese products.

Nelson Law, executive Chairman will lend the Company $HK 2 million ("the loan") to help support these new initiatives and to facilitate the e-commerce platform. The loan will be made available for draw down over a period of the next three months, is unsecured, carries no interest and has no fixed term.
