Notice of Full Year 2020 Audited Financial Results
Lagos and London, 16 February 2021: Seplat Petroleum Development
Company Plc, a leading Nigerian energy company listed on the
Nigerian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, will issue
its Full Year 2020 Audited Financial Results on Monday 01 March
2021 .
At 09:00am GMT (London) and 10:00am WAT (GMT+1) (Lagos) on
Monday 01 March 2021, the Executive Management team will host a
conference call and webcast to present the Company's results.

detailed below.
