--Royal Dutch Shell PLC's planned sale of its interest in a joint-venture refinery in Deer Park, Texas, to partner Petroleos Mexicanos has been delayed by a regulatory review, Reuters reported.

--Shell said there was a delay in securing approval from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., or Cfius, Reuters reported.

--Shell expects to complete the sale by year's end, Reuters reported, citing company spokesman Curtis Smith.
