company, business or asset operating in the sustainability and/or
energy transition sectors, provides the following additional

Company and grant of warrants to Claudia Stijlen, a person
discharging managerial responsibilities, and Cassiopeia Services
Ltd, a person closely associated with Stefania Barbaglio, a
