Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group,
announces that it was notified that on 11 August 2021, an
underlying private client of Henry Spain Investment Services
Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 41,563 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") to a different nominee account with a new investment
adviser (the "Transfer"). These Ordinary Shares are therefore
outside of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable
interest. The Company has also been notified that on 20 August
2021, a non-discretionary underlying private client of Henry Spain
Investment Services Limited sold 20,770 Ordinary Shares (the
"Sale").
Following the Transfer and Sale, Henry Spain Investment Services
Limited has a resulting notifiable interest in 26,489,788 Ordinary
Shares of the Company.
