TERMINATION OF CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

Star Phoenix, an AIM listed company (AIM: STA) focused on growth through attractive opportunities, advises that it has terminated the consultancy agreement with Fire Phoenix Ltd (the "Consultant"), by serving a 30-day written notice to the Consultant.

Full terms of the consultancy agreement were provided in the Company's announcement of 10 November 2020.
