Interim Dividend Currency Conversion Rate

On 12 August 2021, the Board of Directors of TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") declared an interim dividend of GEL 1.5 per TBC PLC share (the "Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend will be paid in Pounds Sterling on 17 September 2021 to shareholders of TBC PLC who were on the TBC PLC register of members on the record date of 20 August 2021. The ex-dividend date for the Interim Dividend was 19 August 2021.

TBC PLC today announces that the Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate that will apply to Interim Dividend payment will be 4.2998, being the official Georgian Lari to Pound Sterling exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia for 3 September 2021.
