Interim dividend - Payment of dividend in Sterling

On 9 August 2021, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had declared an interim dividend of 1.93 Euro cents per ordinary share based on the Group's financial position and prospects.

The dividend will be paid in Sterling on 30 September 2021 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 20 August 2021.

The dividend amount of 1.93 Euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on 20 August 2021. Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 30 September 2021 will be 1.66 pence per ordinary share.
