TASEKO ANNOUCES PDMR SHARE ACQUISITION

May 20, 2021, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Directors, Anu Dhir, has advised the Company that she acquired a total of 8,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$3.15 per share (approximately GBP1.84/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
