Trading Update & Notice of Results

Team17 , a global games entertainment content creator and publisher of independent ("indie") premium video games and edutainment apps for children, provides the following trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2021.

The Group traded in line with the Board's expectations across the first six months of the current financial year and will report half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2021 on 14 September 2021.

Debbie Bestwick MBE, CEO of Team17, said:

"We continue to execute our highly ambitious pipeline, alongside completing the acquisitions of the Golf with Your Friends IP at the start of the year and the StoryToys business in July.
