Tracsis, a leading provider of software, hardware, data
analytics/GIS and services for the rail, traffic data and wider
transport industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr
James Routh as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent
Director with immediate effect. James will also join the Group's
Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
James is Chief Executive Officer of AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP)
the provider of advanced testing systems, simulation products and
testing services to the global automotive and mobility sectors ,
having held the position since 2018.
As required under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules

outdoor music and sporting event organisers, and a wide variety of
large engineering and infrastructure companies.

acquisition and has made fifteen acquisitions since 2008.
