PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS AND CIRCULAR

The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc is pleased to announce that the Company has issued a prospectus (the "Prospectus") relating to an offer for venture ordinary shares ("Venture Shares") to raise GBP10 million (the "Offer")* and a circular (the "Circular") in connection with the Offer and the establishment of a dividend re-investment scheme, following approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.

*If the Offer is oversubscribed it may be increased to GBP25 million at the discretion of the directors of the Company.

The Offer is now open and is expected to close on 29 July 2022 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date. A copy of the Prospectus and the Circular will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and may be viewed on the Triple Point website at: www.triplepoint.co.uk .
