Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that the Group's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2021, the notice convening the Group's 2021 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), and form of proxy, were posted to shareholders on 23 June 2021.

The annual report and accounts, notice of 2021 AGM and form of proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.vpplc.com/investors/reports-and-presentations and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

Vp also announces that its AGM will be held on 22 July 2021 at Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Otley Road, Harrogate, HG3 1UD. The meeting will take place at 10.00 am.

Vp will continue to monitor the UK Government's measures in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Group encourages shareholders to check the Vp plc website www.vpplc.com in case there are any updates to the arrangements for the Annual General Meeting.
