PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 5 January 2022 the Company purchased 13,295 Ordinary Shares at a price of 770.1076 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following the transaction, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprises:

96,774,160 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

7,390,262 Ordinary shares held in treasury

104,164,422 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
