Engie SA (ENGI.FR) said Wednesday that it has acquired Geneva-based airport-management company Priora FM SA from the Priora Group.

Neither company disclosed financial details of the transaction.

Priora handles building and infrastructure management for the Geneva and Zurich airports, Engie said.

Engie also said the acquisition will allow it to expand its footprint in airport facility management, which it expects to grow as global passenger volumes continue to increase.

Engie's facility-management unit had turnover of 300 million euros ($347.1 million) in 2017 from a portfolio of 40 airports, it said.
