Engie Acquires Renewable Energy Company Langa

France's Engie SA (ENGI.FR) said Wednesday that it has acquired
the Langa group, an independent producer of renewable energy.
Engie said Langa's portfolio is set to reach an installed
capacity of 215 MW by the end of 2018, including 165 MW in solar
energy and 39 MW in wind energy.
The acquisition will allow Engie to intensify its development in
renewable energy in France, the company said.
No financial details have been disclosed.
