--EU antitrust regulators are set to rule that Luxembourg must recoup millions of euros in back taxes from France's Engie, due to the unfair advantage the company had because of its tax deal with the country, reports Reuters, citing a source.

--The ruling will be the third against Luxembourg relating to tax deals with multinationals as part of the European Commission's investigations into illegal tax deals, Reuters says.
