NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Dominion
Dealer Solutions today announced that the Dominion Dealer
Specialties Inventory Manager and Dominion Vision™ CRM, powered by
CRMSuite, have officially integrated. The company reported today
that users of the two platforms can begin searching for and
stocking in-demand vehicles as early as today.
Dominion Dealer Specialties Inventory Manager allows dealers to
appraise vehicles in advance of purchasing them at auction,
provides market-based pricing insights and identifies in-demand
vehicles. The software also provides extensive merchandising.
Dealers can customize vehicle descriptions and distribute vehicle
data to over 1,600 Internet partners, including all of the major
portals, classified advertising sites, websites and more. The
partners who receive the highest level of Inventory Manager data
include NADA, AutoTrader, Amazon, CARFAX, CarGurus, Cars.com,
TrueCar and Facebook.
"These integrations simplify dealership processes. Dealers and
their managers can now utilize the more centralized data that
exists in their CRM without having to spend time accessing multiple
systems to value trades," said Shane
Marcum, vice president of inventory services & solutions
at Dominion Dealer Specialties.
The integration offers a complete appraisal lifecycle between
Dominion Vision CRM and Inventory Manager, improves customer
experience by reducing appraisal process time and wins more trades
and land more deals.
As of today, Dominion Vision CRM users can start a trade-in, and
with the click of a button, begin the appraisal process in
Inventory Manager. Vehicle, customer, and salesperson information
being held in Dominion Vision CRM is then pushed over to Inventory
Manager. From there, Inventory Manager uses that data to create a
new appraisal for an "in-progress" state; and, Inventory Manager
users will receive Dominion Vision CRM appraisal alerts.
Dominion Vision CRM has over 17,000 users with approximately 100
being added weekly, the company reported last month.
Dominion Inventory Manager currently powers 3,500 dealerships.
Dominion Vision is the first CRM with which Inventory Manager
integrates, however, the company has plans to integrate with more
CRM companies in the coming months.
