Takes the lead amongst major Canadian banks in
customer satisfaction
TORONTO, Jan. 31, 2019 /CNW/ - Scotiabank announced today
that it has received the highest ranking in customer satisfaction
according to J.D. Power's 2019 Canada Retail Banking Advice Study.
Scotiabank had the largest year-over-year improvement, taking the
lead in critical customer experience categories including Relevancy
of advice, Concern for customer needs, and Quality of advice. The
study draws on feedback from more than a thousand retail banking
customers across Canada.

The J.D. Power 2019 Canada Retail Banking Advice Study surveyed
1,451 retail bank customers in Canada who received any advice/guidance from
their primary bank regarding relevant products and services or
other financial needs in the past 12 months. The study evaluated
retail banking advice satisfaction with the five major Canadian
retail banks.
