Sanofi Says Christian Mulliez Resigns From Board, Christophe Babule to Serve Out Term

Biopharmaceutical company Sanofi SA on Wednesday announced that
Christian Mulliez resigned from the company's board of
directors.
The company chose Christophe Babule to serve out the term, which
is slated to expire at the company's annual general meeting in
2022. The appointment is subject to ratification at Sanofi's next
meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled for April 30.
Mr. Babule spent his career with L'Oreal SA, joining the company
in 1988. As of the middle of this month, he will serve as that
company's executive vice president, chief financial officer and
will be a member of its executive committee.
