Katoro Gold Plc (AIM:KAT), the Tanzania focused gold exploration and development company, notes that further to the Company's announcement on 8 February 2019, the admission to trading on AIM of the MXS Fee Shares and the Additional Fee Shares (both terms as defined in the Company's announcement on 8 February 2019) will now take place on 15 February 2019.
