Procter & Gamble Director Ernesto Zedillo Retires from Board

Proctor & Gamble Co. (PG) said Wednesday that Ernesto
Zedillo has retired from its board of directors.
The Cincinnati-based company said that Mr. Zedillo, a former
president of Mexico, had been on the board for 18 years, and was
stepping down in accordance with the term limits in the company's
corporate governance guidelines.
