Inc. (RBC GAM Inc.) today announced March mutual fund net sales of
$956 million. Long-term funds had net
sales of $978 million and money
market funds had net redemptions of $22
million. Mutual fund assets under management increased by
2.2 per cent.
"Canadian investors continue to look to international exposure
for stability and diversification when building their investment
portfolios," said Doug Coulter,
president of RBC Global Asset Management Inc. "The RBC Fixed Income
Pools, which provide investors with global fixed income
diversification, were among our top-selling funds in March and
surpassed the milestone of $2 billion
in assets under management."
Mutual fund sales results information is based on preliminary
data from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and only include Canadian
prospectus qualified mutual funds.
