Nichols plc, the soft drinks company, announces that it was notified on 08 May 2019 that Nicola Jane Johnson, spouse of Andrew Johnson, Supply Chain Director (PDMR) sold 1,136 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 8 May 2019 at 1,800 pence per Ordinary Share.
