Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it has been informed that Robert Waddington, non-executive director of the Company, acquired 900,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.8p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Waddington has a total beneficial interest in 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
