Terex Director, Former Boeing and GE Executive David Wang Dies

Terex Corp. (TEX) Wednesday said long-time board member David
Wang died Monday after an illness.
Mr. Wang joined the board of the Westport, Conn., maker of
aerial work platforms and cranes in May 2008.
Mr. Wang retired in July 2011 as vice president of international
relations for Boeing Co. (BA), a post he had held since October
2002. He also served as president of Boeing China from November
2002 until March 2011.
Before joining Boeing, Mr. Wang was chairman and chief executive
of General Electric Co.'s (GE) China operations from 1997 to
2001.
