Nichols plc, the soft drinks company, announces that it was notified on 31 May 2019 that Susan Croston, spouse of Tim Croston, Group Chief Financial Officer transferred 800 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company ("Ordinary Shares") into Tim Croston's name for nil consideration.
