Engie to Buy U.S. Construction Company Conti

French utility Engie SA (ENGI.FR) said Monday that it has agreed
to buy Conti Corporation, a construction and energy-services
company that operates in the U.S. and Canada.
Conti designs and builds heating and air-conditioning systems
and is a leader in the construction of solar farm construction.
The acquisition will increase Engie's ability to improve the
energy efficiency of its customers' assets, the company said.
Neither company disclosed financial details of the
transaction.
