Transaction in Own Shares
Gulf Keystone Petroleum, a leading independent operator and
producer in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, announces that it has
made the following redemptions pursuant to the share buyback
programme (the "Programme") announced on 8 July 2019.

Number of Ordinary Shares purchased 90,000
Highest price paid per Ordinary Share 236.000 pence
Lowest price paid per Ordinary Shares 230.000 pence
Volume weighted average price per Ordinary 235.182 pence
Share
Following the repurchase of the shares set out above, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 229,429,566 Ordinary
Shares. 1,991,704 Ordinary shares are held in Treasury. For
reporting under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,
Shareholders should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should
use the figure of 227,437,862 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting
share capital) when determining if they are required to notify
their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
The Company will make further announcements in due course
following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the
Programme.
The Company notes the following two corrections to the
"Transaction in Own Shares" announcement released on 29 July 2019
at 17:13:
The total number of shares held in Treasury as at 29 July 2019
was 1,901,704 rather than 1,766,404 originally stated.
The first trade listed in the individual transactions table was
for 516 shares rather than the original 9 shares stated.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 details of the purchase of its own
ordinary shares by the Company, which were all executed through the
Company's broker, Canaccord Genuity Limited, are set out below:
