Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding
Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of cloud
video platform technology using its patented Blackbird technology,
has been notified of the following transactions. On 31 July 2019,
Syarifah Aidid, a person closely associated with Ian McDonough,
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary
shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 6.74 pence per Ordinary Share. Additionally, on 1 August
2019 Syarifah Aidid purchased a further 44,356 ordinary shares at a
price of 7.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Ian McDonough and his wife Syarifah Aidid, now together hold a
total beneficial interest in 3,933,918 Ordinary Shares, equivalent
to approximately 1.33 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
