Director/PDMR Shareholidng
Northgate plc was notified on 15 August 2019 that the following
transactions have taken place in relation to the Northgate share
incentive plan ("the Plan"). The Plan is an all-employee trust
arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which free
shares are awarded to all-employees.
The trustees of the Plan have allocated 50p ordinary shares in
