Koninklijke Philips NV (PHIA.AE) said Monday that Daniela Seabrook will succeed Ronald de Jong as chief human resources officer starting in January 2020.

The Dutch technology company said Mrs. Seabrook, who is currently at agriculture company Syngenta, will join the company's executive committee and report to Chief Executive Frans van Houten.

Mr. De Jong has decided to retire from the company to enable a lifestyle change, it said.
