Update on Change of Name

Further to the announcement on 27 August 2019, the Company announces that the process at Companies House to implement the proposed change of name has been delayed. It is now expected that the Company will commence trading under its new name, Brand Architekts Group plc, and its new ticker, 'BAR', by no later than 30 August 2019.

The new website is currently available at www.brandarchitektsplc.com.

The Company will provide a further update should there be any further changes to the expected timetable.
