Perrigo Buys Prevacid U.S. OTC Rights From GlaxoSmithKline

Perrigo Company Plc (PRGO) said Thursday it is buying the
branded over-the-counter rights to Prevacid from GlaxoSmithKline
(GSK).
Perrigo said under the terms of the agreement, it will have the
exclusive rights to market, sell and distribute Prevacid 24HR in
the U.S. OTC market.
Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.
Prevacid 24HR treats frequent heartburn occurring two or more
days a week.
