Issue of Equity and PDMR Dealings
The Company announces the issue of 481,343 new ordinary shares
of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("New Ordinary Shares") to certain
employees and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
(PDMRs) in the Company pursuant to an exercise of options under the
Company's SAYE Share Option Plan 2016.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that
Admission will take place on 26 September 2019. Following
Admission, the Company will have 222,105,726 Ordinary Shares in
issue admitted to trading on AIM.
The Company makes the following disclosures in accordance with
