Notice of Re-Financing and new Financing by Arena Hospitality Group

PPHE Hotel Group Limited, an international hospitality company which together with its subsidiaries (the Group) owns and develops hotels and resorts, operates the Park Plaza(R) brand in EMEA and owns the art'otel(R) brand, announces that its 52.07% owned subsidiary, Arena Hospitality Group d.d ("Arena"), has concluded a refinancing of the Loan Agreement dated 20 December 2017 on generally improved terms and entered into a new Loan Agreement to partly finance its upcoming investments.
