FastForward Innovations Ltd, the AIM listed closed end investment fund with a focus on disruptive high growth technology and life sciences businesses, announces that Finance Director, Lance De Jersey, has today purchased 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Purchase") at an average price of 5.9p per Ordinary Share. Following the Purchase, Mr De Jersey's holding in FastForward is 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.25% of the Company's issued share capital.
