FuelCell Energy Inc. (FCEL) shares were up 23% premarket to 39 cents.

The fuel cell solutions company said it is in a collaboration agreement with E.ON Business Solutions to develop the European market.

"With this collaboration, together, we will be able to offer customers across Europe flexible financial solutions ranging from power purchase agreements, capital leases, and attractive purchase options with the full support of E.ON," said FuelCell Chief Executive Jason Few.
