Polarean notes statement from Amphion Innovations
Polarean Imaging plc (AIM: POLX), the medical-imaging technology
company, with a proprietary drug-device combination product, notes
the announcement made today by its partner company, Amphion
Innovations Plc ("Amphion") that the remainder of its 15,972,523
shares in Polarean have now been sold. As previously announced,
Amphion's holding in Polarean shares was pledged as security
against a loan facility and the shares were sold pursuant to this
security arrangement.
Following this sale, Amphion no longer holds any shares in
Polarean.
