Further Share Issue and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of 18 October 2019, the Company announces that following completion of the placing (the "Placing") to raise GBP250,000, additional funds have been received from an existing investor.

The Board has decided to accept these funds, which amount to GBP10,000 and therefore an additional 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p nominal value each ("Shares") have been issued at 0.4p per share, the same price as the Placing on 18 October 2019. The Shares are due to be admitted to trading on or around 25 October 2019 with dealing commencing at 8:00 am.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of Shares as described above totalling 2,500,000 ordinary shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 494,656,790 ordinary shares. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total current voting rights in the Company are therefore 494,656,790.

The above figure of 494,656,790 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
