PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the customer engagement specialist that secures and protects payment card data for companies handling payments by phone, confirms that it posted, on 24 October 2019, its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 June 2019 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. (UK time) on Thursday 21 November 2019 at Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, Condor House, 10 St. Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8AL.
