Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Bill Wilson, Non-Executive Director of Flowtech, has purchased a total of 10,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 October 2019 at a price of 113.7 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Wilson has an interest in 50,895 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
