Suspension of share listing

Further to the announcement made by PureCircle (the "Company" and together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") on 25 October 2019, regarding the delay in the publication of its results for the year ending 30 June 2019, the Company announces that the suspension of the listing of the Company's ordinary shares has taken effect from 7:30 this morning, pending the publication of the full year audited results.

A further update on the expected date for publication of the Group's full year audited results will be given as soon as possible.
